Financial help and healthy living
Need help buying food or health items? Or want to earn rewards for taking healthy actions? You can get funds and other support to help you with daily living. This way you can stay focused on wellness and feeling better.
We’re working with CVS Health® to send you OTC health products every month — at no extra cost. Shop in store or get delivery to your door. You can get $65 each month to use for buying health products, including baby care, personal and first aid items and more.
Who it’s for (per household)
For Medicaid Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) and Long-Term Care (LTC) members per household.
Did you know? You can get rewards for taking care of your health. You can earn as much as $20 for each healthy step. Here are just a few healthy actions you can take:
Join and complete a weight-management program
Quit alcohol or other drugs
Quit nicotine
Who it’s for
For Medicaid Managed Medical Assistance (MMA), Florida Healthy Kids (FHK) and Long-Term Care (LTC) members.
Get $25 every three months to use toward laundry services.
Who it’s for
For Medicaid MMA members ages 18 and older who’ve had an approved wellness visit with a primary care provider.
To receive the $25 benefit, you’ll need to call Member Services every three months at a time.
Get $50 each month through the Food As Medicine program when you have certain conditions. Use it to buy healthy foods at some retailers.

For Medicaid MMA or members of both Medicaid MMA and LTC programs. You must have approval from your care manager and any of these conditions:
Diabetes
HIV
Cancer
Chronic heart failure

If it’s not an emergency and you need ride, we can help. We work with ModivCare to offer you 10 one-way trips each month for things, like:
Food banks or grocery stores
Faith-based groups

Are ages 18 and older
Have a developmental disability

Once a year, you or your caregiver can get a box of items to manage anxiety and stress. Some items include:

Have experienced trauma
Are receiving long-term services and supports or long-term care
Get a 6-month supply of contact lenses, eyeglass frames and one eye exam. These extra vision services go beyond the standard benefit.

For Medicaid MMA members, ages 21 and older once each year.
Vision and hearing spending card
Get $400 for extra hearing and vision services beyond the standard benefit.

For Medicaid MMA or members of both Medicaid MMA and LTC programs ages 21 and older once every two years.
Get one hearing exam every year and hearing aids every two years.

Vision and hearing spending card

Up to seven therapy treatments per week

Women’s and pregnancy care
Are you pregnant or planning to grow your family? Or a new mom who just had your baby? Welcome to this new chapter in your life. Whichever journey you’re on, you have extra benefits to support you during this time.
Get $20 each month to use for buying menstrual (period) products, like tampons, pads, cleansing wipes and more.
Who it’s for
For Medicaid MMA members ages 11 and older.
If you’re pregnant or you just had your baby, you can get extra visits to your provider as needed. These extra services go beyond the standard benefit.

For Medicaid MMA members.
Are you pregnant while having other children to care for? You can get support for childcare as you grow your baby. Enjoy $150 every three months (for up to 12 months) during your pregnancy to help pay for childcare services.

During pregnancy, you can get as many services as you need from a doula. Doulas have training and provide support to moms and families during:

Get a no-cost breast pump to help you breastfeed your baby. You don’t need pre-approval (prior authorization). Just call 1-800-441-5501 (TTY: 711). Ask to speak with a case manager to get your pump.

For Medicaid MMA members who are pregnant or postpartum.
If your baby is 30 months or younger, you can get $45 each month to buy diapers.
Who it’s for
For Medicaid MMA members who are pregnant or postpartum.
Get $150 for each pregnancy to help pay for baby items, such as a crib, stroller and car seat.

For Medicaid MMA members who are pregnant or postpartum, up to 2 times each year.
If your baby is 28 days old or younger, this benefit covers their newborn circumcision procedure.

Housing
You can get extra help with housing issues, including legal services and support during a crisis.
Are you having a crisis that threatens your home or living situation? Get $1,000 – or $1,500 if you’re an LTC member – each year to help support you through:
Facing eviction or losing your home
Having fire, flood or wind damage to your home
Being unable to pay for bills and at risk of having electricity, water or gas shut off

For Medicaid MMA (up to $1,000 each year) and LTC members (up to $1,500 each year)
Are you having housing and tenancy issues? You can get $500 to use toward legal services to support evictions, repairs and security deposits.

For ages 18 and older Medicaid MMA or members of both Medicaid MMA and LTC programs.
Skills, training and jobs
Gaining new skills can help you in so many ways. You can meet new people. Find a great job. Or make progress on your finances. Skills and training also help build self-esteem and create a sense of purpose. All healthy goals.
Get $100 to buy clothing for jobs and interviews.

Get help from a career support platform. You can:

Get online coaching to help you learn life skills as you move into adulthood.

Education and support for kids
Kids are our future. These extra benefits promote learning and ensure kids have the support they need to succeed. Get help paying for clothing and after-school programs. Or receive funds to help your child transition from a hospital or facility to home.
Children ages 6 to 18 can get as many tutoring or mentoring sessions as needed.

Get a financial literacy book to help your child learn to manage money.

For Medicaid MMA members ages 6 through 18.
Need help buying clothes for growing teenagers? Blue Jeans for Teens offers kids ages 13 to 21 $150 each year to buy clothing they need.

For Medicaid MMA members after an approved wellness visit with a primary care provider.
Kids ages 5 to 18 can get $50 each year to pay for after-school programs, like sports, clubs and other memberships.

For Medicaid MMA members.
Members up to age 21 can get $75,000 per lifetime for help returning home after a hospital or facility stay. This can apply to readiness projects, such as improvements to the home or transport vehicle.
